Aloha Friday Yoga

This open level yoga class incorporates a slower and deliberate moving flow designed to improve flexibility, balance, and breath with Aloha.
In this class, students will move through a yoga flow practice that focuses on connecting breath to movement and students to nature.
Each class will include various forms of stretching and meditation. This class is for all students at all levels.
