Core and Restore Classes

Each class will work to mindfully balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles. We begin and end each session with Yoga based stretching.
Pilates Stretch is a challenging yet safe way to strengthen your core and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
A Pilates circle/ring and a soft ball are suggested, but not required. This class is for all students at all levels.
