During each Qi Yoga session, you'll take a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. The class starts with a series of gentle yoga poses that increase flexibility, balance, and strength, preparing your body for the energy work to come. As you move into the qigong portion, you'll engage in rhythmic, fluid movements that promote the free flow of Qi, or life energy, throughout your body, enhancing vitality and calming your nervous system.
