Qi Yoga
Qi Yoga is a one-hour class that aims to in a serene and transformative way. This innovative class blends gentle yoga poses, flowing qigong movements, mindfulness meditation, and healing EFT tapping, offering a comprehensive wellness experience for everyone, regardless of their experience level.
During each Qi Yoga session, you'll take a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. The class starts with a series of gentle yoga poses that increase flexibility, balance, and strength, preparing your body for the energy work to come. As you move into the qigong portion, you'll engage in rhythmic, fluid movements that promote the free flow of Qi, or life energy, throughout your body, enhancing vitality and calming your nervous system.
