Qigong Strong Classes
This class is a gentle strength training workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including Qigong, Strength Training , Pilates, and Yoga.
A chair or barre, hand weights, and a weighted bar are recommended for optimal results.
Students of all fitness levels are welcome.
